Derrick Levasseur & Paul Abrahamian Won't Be In "Big Brother 22" All-Star Season

Two of the most innovative and strategic houseguests in Big Brother history will not be part of this summer's All-Star seasons.

Citing the need to stay with his family, season 16 winner Derrick Levasseur shut down speculation that he was returning to the Big Brother house on his Twitter page.

Paul Abrahamian, the runner-up in seasons 18 and 19, also announced through Twitter that he won't be part of the Big Brother 22 All-Star cast. Abrahamian explained that his parents require surgery while citing "amount of emotional and mental stress" the game brings.

Plenty of rumors and reports have ramped up about possible houseguests. There was speculation that both Levasseur and Abrahamian would be part of the season that premieres on Aug. 5, but that won't be the case.

With the season premiere now less than two weeks away, it's still unclear when CBS will reveal the All-Star cast members.

Levasseur, along with the likes of Dr. Will Kirby and Dan Gheesling, is often considered to be the greatest Big Brother contestant of all-time. Levasseur completely controlled the play in season 16 from start to finish without ever getting nominated.

Levasseur won three Head of Household competitions, defeating close friend and ally Cody Calafiore in the final by a vote of 7-2.

As for Abrahamian, he is among the most accomplished Big Brother contestants ever, but he lost to Nicole Franzel and Josh Martinez in the finals of Season 18 and 19, respectively. Many considered Abrahamian to be the deserving winner, but it didn't help that he had several enemies in the jury house on both occasions.

Last week, TMZ reported that the following Big Brother alumni are quarantining in Hollywood: Franzel (who also competed in season 14 with Levasseur), Martinez, Cody's brother, Paulie Calafiore (season 18), Daniele Donato (seasons 8 and 13), Tyler Crispen (season 20), Bayleigh Dayton (season 20), Hayden Moss (season 12 winner), Ian Terry (season 14 winner) and Janelle Pierzina (seasons 6, 7 and 14).
